These guys have been the only positive experiance I have had since the Feb 22 floods took out an entire level of our home. I must say from the outset, these guys have been a breath of fresh air. The exceptional service from Brooke, the straight up honest & transparent guidance from Tristan, & and the incredible design talents of Taylah, have combined to create our ideas & thoughts, within a budget for our kitchen & bathrooms, to an efficient reality.

No stone has been left unturned, and they gave us a full step by step description of the the work, the contract & full pricing, without any pressure or sales pitch whatsoever - just simple, old fashioned quality & service. Genuinely impressed so far!

We recently bought a new house that was in dire need of a renovation. This included a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, converting the laundry to a third downstairs bathroom, adding a butler’s pantry, new laundry and office, adding some new walls, removing the existing tile floors and laying new vinyl plank flooring and a few other upgrades.

Due to the size of such a project, we searched for a company that was a one-stop shop for all our needs, that could manage and oversee the entire job. This was the hardest part of the process, until we received a recommendation from a friend of ours who mentioned that they had used Fresh many times before and recommended them highly.

Engaging Fresh Home Renovations was the best decision that we ever made.

Our initial meeting with the manager Tristan, not only allowed us to understand what was possible with what we wanted to do, but he improved our design, and his advice was invaluable. Tristan was upfront with us from the start about what to expect and how the process would unfold so we had no surprises.

From here we met with their design team in Fresh’s showroom, which is all part of the service, and the most difficult part of any renovation was easily simplified. The showroom visit allowed us to contrast colour schemes for flooring, kitchen and bathroom, choose the colour and style of tapware and sinks, tiles and other fixtures, all under the watchful eye of the experts.

Within a week or so, we were given plans, 3D images of the proposal and a quote for the works with a fixed price and time frame.

Once the contract was signed, we met the site manager, Mike, and his various crew members. This was a walkthrough to ensure everyone was across the requirements of the job.

We are now just over 3 months into the renovation, and we could not be happier with the work that Mike and his team have done. Since we were living in the house and working from home during the renovation, things could have become very challenging, but every person from every trade type that have come through our door have been polite, respectful, but most importantly, very good at their job.

How Mike co-ordinates all the team members, working on multiple sites and still manages to keep your particular job rolling, is an absolute credit to him.

Now, with a job of this size, we ran into a few problems, especially renovating a 20-year-old house. However, Mike not only explained any issues we had, but why they were issues, but importantly always offered solutions to them.

It is a great relief knowing that you have a company in charge of your renovation, especially with the amount of money involved, that have the knowledge and expertise to not only make it happen, but to do it properly from the start.

So far, I have been very impressed with the entire process to date, very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company, especially if you are looking for a one-stop shop for your renovation project.
