The Fresh Process
- FREE In-Home Consultation: We will inspect your space, take measurements and discuss your vision, lifestyle & budget.
- Complimentary Design Service: We complete all designs using state of the art software and provide you with 3D imagery so you can see and experience the new space.
- Fixed Price Contracts: Once your renovation designs are completed and you’ve chosen your fittings and fixtures, we’ll provide you with a Fixed Price Contract*
- Full Service: Our dedicated team of construction tradespeople can demolish and replace walls, floors and windows and we’ll install everything new including cabinetry, benches, vanities, light fittings, tiles, blinds, fittings and fixtures, flooring, shutters and carpets.
- Licenced and Compliant: We are a fully licensed builder with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission. (QBCC #1088603). We also provide you with all relevant compliance and certifications for trade work undertaken.
Why Fresh for your Renovation?
*Fixed Price Contracts do not include unforeseen or unforeseeable issues such as, but not limited to; the presence of asbestos, wood rot, termite damage or mould. Issues identified after demolition and when the full scope of work can assessed, will be charged by way of variation to contract. Additional work or change of scope by the customer after the contract has been signed, are also charged by way of variation to contract.
